Returns & Refund Policy
Stock items can be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging (apparel, towels and hats unworn with tags attached).
Custom builds are final sale. Any club built to the shaft, grip, length or lie you chose when ordering can’t be returned or exchanged. Used or fitted iron heads and gift cards are also not returnable.
Please email info@haitchgolf.com with your order number before sending anything back, so we can confirm the return address. Return shipping is at your expense, and original shipping charges are not refunded. We refund the item price to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.
Faulty items and transit damage are covered by our 2-year warranty, including on custom builds: see haitchgolf.com/pages/warranty.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
