How to determine your correct grip size
Measure your hand. Compare it to the chart. Done.
Need specifics? Measure from your wrist crease to your longest fingertip, then measure that finger from the web to the tip. Match those numbers to the chart below.
Here's your grip size - measure twice, wrap accordingly.
Start with measurement 1 (wrist crease to fingertip) and find your row on the chart. Scan right to measurement 2 (finger web to tip). Your grip size and tape wraps appear next to it. Done.

Shaft length - Making sure your golf shafts are the correct length
Too short? You'll hunch like you're searching for a lost ball in the rough. Too long? You'll swing like a windmill and wonder why the ball goes sideways.
The right shaft length depends on your height, arm length, and how you actually swing. Get it wrong and you'll fight your own club instead of the course.

How to determine your correct shaft length
Overall Height
Your height is a starting point for club length, but it's not the whole story. Tall golfers don't always need longer clubs and shorter golfers don't always need shorter ones. That's why proper fitting looks at more than just how you measure up against a doorframe.
Wrist-to-floor measurement
Stand barefoot on a hard surface with your arms hanging naturally at your sides. Measure from the floor to your wrist crease with a tape measure. That's it - no high heels, no creative positioning.
Why this matters: two golfers can be the same height but have wildly different arm and leg proportions. Wrist-to-floor nails it. Height alone doesn't.
Take both measurements, check the chart below and you'll know exactly how much longer or shorter your clubs should be.

What does the warranty cover?
The 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, and damage that happens in transit. It runs from the date of delivery. If something isn't right, we'll repair or replace it.
What isn't covered?
Normal wear and tear, such as worn grooves, grips or finish, and damage from misuse, accidents or modifications not made by Haitch Golf.
Can I return something I've changed my mind about?
Stock items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging. Custom builds, meaning clubs built to the shaft, grip, length or lie you chose, are final sale. Read the full returns policy.
How do I make a warranty claim?
